About CyberX
CyberX aims to be the first Arab platform in raising awareness of cyber security in the Arabic language among community members and institutions. In addition to raising the level of knowledge among those interested and specialists in the field of cyber security through a set of services, which are awareness campaigns.
CyberX is a platform for training and developing skills in cybersecurity, in addition to providing several solutions through phishing campaigns, policy Management System, and others.
Why CyberX?
The field of cyber security is a top priority in our lives because of the huge amount of confidential data and information that needs protection and encryption, especially that it may represent a threat to any individual, company or country if it is hacked.
Therefore, the idea of the CyberX project came under the umbrella of the (Attaa Digital) initiative with the aim of bridging the gap in the Arab market in general and the Saudi market in particular. This is done by spreading awareness and knowledge of cyber security, and enriching it with educational content in its various forms and in a smooth Arabic language.
Facts and Figures
CyberX has fresh ideas for discussing key security issues and concerns and how to address them.
The initiative was launched in November 2019, and within a short period of time it became the third largest awareness platform in Saudi Arabia about cyber security.
Through CyberX, we aspire to constantly increase social cyber awareness through visual, audio and interactive content. In addition to providing several solutions about privacy breaches, and inspiring the Arab community to become more aware, responsible and secure.
BullyX is the first system in the Arab world based on treating the psychological state of the student or user and taking care of the psychological factors for each of them. It is done through immediate and continuous tracking of problems and cases exposed after submitting a full report and communicating with the counselor or the guidance and counseling department.
The app is available on Google Play, App store, and AppGallery. It aims to reduce the problems faced by students or users, which include bullying of all kinds, especially since bullying is one of the phenomena that leads to psychological and physical problems for the bullied person. Therefore, the application provides a safe space for students or users to communicate with the counselors or the guidance and counseling department, who are undoubtedly highly qualified and experienced people in tracking the problems and cases of students and others, thus finding appropriate solutions to address them. Students and users of the application submit reports about cases of bullying or other problems that negatively reflect on their academic level and mental health.
It is worth noting that the application allows students or users to hide their identities when communicating with the counselors or the guidance and counseling department. The app provides complete freedom for the bullied people to express their problems, whether inside or outside the school, and thus start tracking and solving them immediately.
There are general signs of a bully, and it is difficult to judge a child that he is a bully before making sure of this. Dealing with a child and stigmatizing him as a bully only because he has one of these signs offends him and affects him greatly, as if he misdiagnoses a person’s illness and gives him medicines to treat a disease he does not suffer It causes him to have another disease.
Among the signs of a bully:
• Likes to draw attention to him.
• He has an excuse for every mistake he makes.
• Easily provoked.
• Deals with children less than his age or strength with sarcasm and disrespect.
• His dealings with children differs, so he is friendly with one child, humiliates and mocks at another, and ignores some.
• Likes to control and control others.
• He flatters someone who has authority over him, such as an educator or teacher, to avoid criticizing him.
• A lot of requests from others, and he feels that he has the right for others to respond to his requests.
The child may not appear to be a bully, and some may confuse a bully as a child with a strong personality, when in fact he is a bully against his peers. To find out the truth of the matter, it is important to observe the nature of his relationships with other children closely, by asking the school about his relationships with his colleagues, and observing the way he deals with family members and friends. Some aspects can be noted, such as:
• The child's behavior is violent with others, especially with the weaker or younger than him.
• He is not affected and does not care about the feelings of others, for example: if a child falls or gets hurt, he does not care and does not help him.
• Uses inappropriate words that are superior or insulting to others.
• He deals with excessive selfishness and is clear that deprives others of their rights, and some children may complain of harming, dominating or hitting him. This is a warning bell that requires attention.
